OUR AUTHOR

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and holds a Masters degree in Advanced Commercial Property Law from Northumbria University. She has undertaken a broad range of residential and commercial property work for international firms, where she specialised in Commercial Lease work and CTN business transfers.

In 2007 Emma left practice for academia, teaching land law and the law of trusts both to graduates and undergraduates on the LLB, Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law. Emma has written a number of undergraduate textbooks on Land Law and Trusts for academic publishing giants Pearson Longman Education and Routledge, and she continues to work for both producing online and supplementary materials for them.
