New Lawyer Joins the DJB Team

We are pleased to announce the addition of Rhiannon Edwards to our legal team.

Rhiannon is dually specialized in commercial property and planning law and joins the firm from the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority where she was employed as the sole in-house solicitor and Monitoring Officer dealing with all property matters to include planning appeals and public enquiries; s106 agreements; prosecutions for breaches of planning control and determination of Certificates of Lawfulness. Prior to this Rhiannon worked with a number of local authorities and in private practice giving her a wide range of experience across the real estate sector.
