Philippa Hipwell Joins DJB’s commercial property team

DJB have recruited experienced commercial property solicitor Philippa Hipwell to join our growing Manchester office. Philippa started her career at Nabarro and has since developed an excellent reputation for advising on large scale development projects with associated landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals and the management of large property portfolios. Additionally Philippa has acted as a relationship manager for major clients.

Philippa’s clients have ranged from major players in healthcare and public housing, to property investment and management companies including NHS Property Services Limited; residential developers; and high street retailers including Home Bargains, Peacocks and Bon Marche.
