DJB Advises on new Rick Stein Restaurant

Rick Stein (trading as Stein’s Trading Limited (STL)) has opened a new restaurant in the prestigious Sandbanks area in Bournemouth. DJB advised STL in relation to its new lease of the site and negotiations with the outgoing tenant. DJB worked closely with STL to ensure that its fit out plans could be accommodated within the site’s complex title and to ensure that its interests were protected in tri-partite negotiations with the landlord and the outgoing tenant.

Peter (CEO) and Madeleine (MD) attended the opening of the new restaurant, Rick Stein was there together with many of his friends. The place looked fabulous and the food & champagne was too good!
