DJB boosts Commercial Property team with New Hire

Real Estate specialists DJB have appointed Commercial Property Law specialist Gemma Merry as an Associate Director.

Gemma has provided commercial property advice to a number of prestigious clients including the NHS and TM Lewin. She has expertise in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters, which include all Landlord and Tenant matters (including negotiation of leases, surrenders, lease variations, licences to assign, licences to alter and licences to underlet), disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold land for both small and large scale sites, and dealing with overage and clawback provisions, and dealing with general estate management.
