DJB Strengthens Commercial Property Team with New Senior Associate Solicitor

DJB are pleased to announce the appointment of Senior Associate Solicitor, Razina Akhtar. Razina joins DJB from Burges Salmon where she was a member of their commercial property for the last 6 years.

Razina has dealt with a wide range of property matters including sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold land, landlord and tenant (including deeds of variation, licences leases), corporate support, property finance, property insolvency, solar and wind farm joint venture projects, trust fund acquisitions and property development including putting in place options for land, overage and pre-emption agreements.

She has advised a wide range of clients including The Crown Estate, The Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, The London Development Agency, major banks and property investment funds and clients in the retail, leisure and charities sector.
