New Commercial Property Lawyer Joins DJB

We are pleased to announce the addition of Theresa Chong to our legal team.

Theresa joined Davitt Jones Bould in March 2015, having worked for both Shoosmiths in Nottingham and Milton Keynes and Martineau Johnson in Birmingham. Theresa has extensive experience of advising household names in the retail investment sectors. she has expertise in asset management of large property portfolios including large national commercial and industrial estate. she is well versed in all aspects of landlord and tenant work having acted fro both retail tenants and investor landlords. Theresa also provides property support on corporate transactions and has worked on and managed large scale real estate project work involving securitisation, re-financing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial and retail property portfolios and the preparation of certificates of title.
