DJB Recruits New Group Director Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor has joined DJB as a new Group Director. Andrew has specialised in commercial property for over 30 years and has formerly practised at firms including CMS Cameron McKenna, Stephenson Harwood and Pitman’s.

Andrew specialises in portfolio management, having advised on numerous large property portfolios covering issues including lease renewals/surrenders, rent review, Landlord & Tenant Act issues and freehold acquisitions and disposals. Andrew has also advised on a variety of development matters, advising on the development of offices, non-food retail parks, warehouse/distribution units and student accommodation. Additionally, Andrew possesses considerable expertise in the health and care sectors, having advised both operators and investors.
