DJB Advises on the Purchase of £10 Million Industrial Estate

DJB advised a Local Authority on the £10 million purchase of a tenanted industrial estate from Threadneedle, who were represented by Nabarro. The property comprised eight terraced industrial units, comprising over 90,000 sq ft floorspace. The site was occupied by over 20 tenants, including Crown Paint and Kuehne + Nagel, and generates an annual rent of over £1 million per annum. The transaction was led by DJB Partner Sophie Philippon-Thomas.
