Real Estate Finance Specialist Samantha Palmer Joins DJB

DJB announces today that Samantha Palmer (14 years’ PQE) has joined the firm as an Associate Director.

Samantha advises on all aspects of real estate finance from advising borrowers and lenders on bank finance for property acquisitions and developments to drafting legal charges, debentures, guarantees and ancillary security documents for specialist property lenders. Samantha’s recent work includes acting for a well-known UK building society on its securitisation of a portfolio (containing 2000 properties) of its residential mortgages.

The hire takes the DJB team to 37 lawyers with an average PQE of 22 years’.

Samantha joins DJB having previously worked in-house for real estate finance company, Business Lending Group and in private practice with firms including Fieldfisher, Ashurst and Lord Locke LLP.
