DJB Welcomes New Partner Richard Holmes

DJB is pleased to welcome Richard Holmes as a partner in our Manchester office. Richard has advised on the full range of commercial property matters for over 15 years and, prior to joining DJB, worked at Eversheds and Freeths and was Head of Real Estate at a Manchester law firm.

Richard is used to acting at the highest levels, having worked with clients including Co-operative Group, Lloyds Bank Plc, Land Securities and Hammerson. Richard is known for his understanding of clients’ business needs and his accessible and approachable manner, one client describing him as ‘driven, knowledgeable, capable and commercially minded’.
